For sellers of most residential properties it is now necessary to obtain a Home Information Pack (HIP). We can arrange that for you.

Remortgages

You may have decided not to move and instead use some of the equity that has built up in your property to refurbish, or add an extension to, your home. Alternatively, you may simply wish to obtain a better rate of interest on your existing home loan. In all of these cases we are able to assist with the re-mortgage of your home. Selling or buying land or investment property

If you are a seasoned property investor with an established portfolio or someone who is looking to make their first investment in land or a buy-to-let property we can assist with all the aspects of the transaction. This may be the purchase or sale of the property or giving advice on the drafting of leases to let the property and any necessary planning consents for multiple occupation.

Landlord and tenant advice

We have wide experience in advising both landlords and tenants in respect of both short term and long term leases. Our expertise extends to advising landlords on their responsibilities with regard to the letting of properties and to advising tenants on their rights. We also regularly advise upon lease surrenders, renewals and assignments
